Potrebno je: 1 paketić suvog kvasca,3 kašike šećera, 2 kašike mleka, 350 g. brašna, 140 g. margarina, na vrh kašičice soli, 3 žumanjeceta, 3 kašike kisele paavlake, cimeta, prah šečera i oko pola kg. masti ili ulja..

Nacin pripremanja: 2 kašike mlakog mleka sipati u solju, dodati 1 kašiku šećera i suvi kvasac i ostaviti desetak minuta. U sud za mešanje izdrobiti margarin, dodati 2 kašike šećera, soli žumance, pavlaku i potopljeni kvasac. Pažljivo izmešati pa dodati brašno i umesiti glatko testo. Oklaagijom razvući testo debljine pola cm, presaaviti ga tri puta i ostaviti ga daa stoji 15 minuta, pokriveno čistom platnenom salvetom. Ovo ponoviti još dva puta.Treći put testo razvući do debljine tupe strane noža u useći modlom za krofne. U manju šerpu staviti masti ili ulja, dobro zagrejati i peći krofne dok ne porumene,sa jedne i druge strane. Vaditi ih rešetkastom kašikom i posuti mešavinom prah šećera i cimeta.
